Aquarium Glaser has received some German bred specimens of that rare Apistogramma known as
Apistogramma sp. Diamond Face from one of their breeders currently. Initially this fish was imported in 2009 It was said to originate from the Rio Jutai in Brazil, a left hand affluent to the Amazon river (which is called Solimoes there). Since then to the best of their knowledge no additional specimens have been imported. The fish is present only in the tanks a few specialized hobbyists now.
